Mio,Mihama,Wakayama

Revitalizing the town with "Mio Ramen," a local ramen featuring the region's specialty Ise ebi lobster.

Many of the ingredients are locally sourced, and the soup is based on Mihama's local specialty, Ise ebi lobster. It also contains plenty of shrimp, giving it a rich and deep flavor. A marriage of the locally made miso and shrimp-based soup creates a rich flavor.

This ramen was developed with the cooperation of Chef Kidoji from the Italian restaurant

"L' Albero" in Gobo City, Wakayama.

Please enjoy a bowl of  Ise ebi lobster ramen, filled with the unique charms of Mio!
