Revitalizing the town with "Mio Ramen," a local ramen made with local specialty spiny lobster.

Many of ramen ingredients are locally sourced, and the soup is based on Mihama's local specialty, spiny lobster, and contains plenty of shrimp, giving it a deep flavor. The miso used is also local, with shrimp miso creating an addictive flavor.


Chef Kidoji from the Italian restaurant  "Albero" in Gobo City, Wakayama, cooperated in the preparation of the ramen, and the ramen concept of the students of Kyoto University of Foreign Studies. Please enjoy a bowl of lobster-scented ramen filled with the charms of Mio!
